Product Care & Safety
Are Quorvella pillows safe for kids? Yes! Safety is our priority. All our plush pillows are made with non-toxic, lead-free, and phthalate-free materials. They are suitable for all ages, but we always recommend adult supervision for infants.
How do I clean my plush pillow? To keep your Quorvella fluffy, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For a deeper clean, you can use a gentle machine wash in a laundry bag, then air dry and give it a good fluffing!
Will my pillow arrive flat? To save on shipping, some items are vacuum-sealed. Once opened, your Quorvella will start to expand. Give it a good shake and 24-48 hours to reach its full, squishy potential!
Returns & Satisfaction
What is your return policy? We want you to love your new friend. If you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns on unused, clean items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
